I am a woman who has established a few entities in the state of California and know how much more pleasant my experience would have been had there been a short book that cut out most of the fat (some fat is good) and got to the point. My goal is to not bombard you with useless information and instead break down the essentials, overload you with ideas and provide key takeaways on the topic of starting a business in this magnificent, entrepreneurial and business-friendly state. And if you’re starting a business outside of California or the country, the lessons learned here apply to you as well, so don’t let the title discourage you.
